RW Executive Travel Limited Terms & Conditions
Please note that by booking with RW Executive
Travel Ltd, henceforth referred to as RWET; it is deemed that you accept
the following Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute it
will be deemed that our Terms & Conditions supersede any others
imposed unless agreed beforehand in writing by both parties.
1. Payment Terms
All payments must be received 10 days before date of hire unless previously agreed in writing beforehand. In the case of approved credit accounts payment is due 14 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of £25.00 + VAT on all invoices not settled by the due date.
We appreciate that circumstances change and we will try to accommodate those changes wherever possible. Any cancellations that are made 48 hours before departure will incur a 50% charge and if within 24 hours the full cost of the hire will be charged.
Approved monthly accounts must be settled within 14 days of receipt of invoice unless agreed beforehand in writing
We understand that whilst travelling in our vehicles the Drivers may be privy to sensitive conversations. We undertake to keep these conversations strictly confidential and we are willing to abide by any regulations, statutory or commercial, should that be required.
5. Licensing & Insurance
All our Drivers and vehicles are licensed and registered by Stroud District
Council as Private Hire. The Drivers are fully CRB checked and will
always be suited with shirt and tie. Female Drivers are on a request
basis and subject to availability.
We will endeavour to reach your chosen destination at the time prescribed but we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances that are beyond our control. We are happy to advise approximate travelling times based on our experience but this advice must not be taken as definitive. RWET cannot accept any responsibility for any such delays, missed connections, appointments, etc.
7. Airport Transfers
We have set rates for airport transfers and collections. Please note however that you are responsible for any car parking charges incurred. We monitor the flights as closely as possible to minimise any parking charges but flight status checks are not always accurate. We include a reasonable amount of waiting time for meeting flights but we reserve the right to impose waiting charges an hour after the flight has landed. These are currently £20.00 per hour, or part thereof, + vat.
Our charges are calculated on a mileage & time basis. Any extra charges incurred such as parking, congestion or tolls will be added to the hire charge at cost price.
9. Food & Drink
We allow some food and drink to be consumed whilst on board our vehicles but we ask that clients refrain from consuming greasy, hot or spicy foods whilst travelling in the vehicles. Alcohol may be consumed in moderation but the Driver reserves the right to stop consumption and in extreme cases remove the client from the vehicle and terminate the hire with immediate effect. In the extreme case that this becomes necessary the full cost of the hire will still be due.
Any damage or soiling, howsoever caused will be subject to a minimum supplementary charge of £75.00 + vat
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles but breaks can be made upon request to your driver
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with our services all complaints must be notified to RWET at the time and confirmed in writing within 14 days. We treat these with the utmost seriousness and our aim would be to resolve the issues in a fair and amicable manner.
